The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing growth opportunities, enhancing competitiveness, driving innovation and ensuring the business consistently delivers superior results in line with the National Foods Group strategy. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the Business Unit’s strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. - Drive revenue growth, market share expansion and long-term value creation. - Lead all commercial, operational and financial aspects of the business to achieve agreed performance targets. - Champion continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence and cost optimization initiatives. - Drive product innovation and portfolio development to meet evolving consumer needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, industry stakeholders and business partners. - Ensure effective risk management, governance, compliance and business continuity practices. - Develop and lead a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and results. - Identify emerging market trends and position the business to capitalize on new opportunities. ## The Ideal Candidate National Foods Limited is looking for an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, leading teams and driving performance within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
