Finance Manager - **Job Title:** Finance Manager - **Job Location:** Harare, Zimbabwe - **Closing Date:** 20 November 2026 - **Contract:** Full Time ### Job Overview Climate Ledger Africa is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and support the organisation’s growth. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, financial planning, donor reporting, and strengthening financial systems. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Manage organisational finances, including cash flow and financial reporting. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, donor requirements, and internal policies. - Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors. - Develop and maintain financial systems, controls, and procedures. - Support grant management, including budgeting and financial reporting for donor-funded projects. - Provide financial insights to inform strategic decision-making. - Supervise finance staff. ### Qualifications and Experience - Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA is highly desirable. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, with NGO experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and compliance. - Experience managing donor-funded projects and reporting requirements. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ### Key Competencies - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - High level of integrity and accountability. - Excellent organisational and leadership abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and reporting skills. ### Desirable Skills - Experience in sustainable finance or environmental programmes. - Knowledge of international donor regulations, including UN, EU and World Bank requirements. - Experience in grant financial management. ### Job Details **Job Type:** Full Time **Location:** Harare, Zimbabwe **Closing Date:** 20 November 2026 ## 2.
