Sales Representative

Location Harare We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying customer needs, and growing the company’s sales. Key Responsibilities \* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. \* Identify and pursue new business opportunities. \* Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term client relationships. \* Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities. \* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions. \* Promote the company’s products and services to industrial and commercial customers. \* Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports. \* Meet monthly sales and gross profit targets. Requirements \* Female candidate. \* Previous sales experience, preferably in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical business environment. \* Experience dealing with corporate customers and developing business relationships. \* A valid driver’s licence is mandatory. \* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \* Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. \* Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Good computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records.
