The organisation is seeking a candidate willing to join a team of energized and passionate experts. ## What We Expect From You ### Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service. - Support the Relationship Manager in managing client portfolios and meeting client needs. - Assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions. - Conduct timely follow-ups, resolve client concerns, and monitor feedback to improve service delivery. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. - Identify, monitor, and help mitigate risks associated with client portfolios. - Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and portfolio performance. - Facilitate the acquisition, recording, and secure retention of client onboarding documentation. - Support revenue growth by increasing transaction volumes and client wallet share. - Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and outreach. - Promote, cross-sell, and upsell the Group’s products and services to new and existing clients. - Provide clients with accurate information and ongoing support on financial products and services. - Collaborate with product development teams to introduce innovative, client-focused solutions. - Prepare regular sales and portfolio reports, including performance metrics and customer insights. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities. - Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and growth strategies. ## Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required - Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or related field. - At least 2-4 years of experience in the financial services sector. - Experience in supporting client relationships beneficial. - Certificate in Financial Planner (CFP). ## How to Apply Applications including detailed CVs and proof of qualifications must be sent to **CBZ LINKEDIN**, clearly marked with the position applied for, no later than **Monday, 9 November 2026**. **Apply Here - LinkedIn Job Advertisement** ### Important Notes 1.
