Job Summary Pharmacist - Type: full-time - Location: Chiredzi - Category: Healthcare - Closing Date: 06-11-2026 Key Responsibilities - Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately and safely - Counsel patients on correct medication use, dosage, and potential interactions - Ensure compliance with Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) regulations and Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe (PCZ) standards - Maintain proper storage, stock control, and record-keeping of scheduled and controlled drugs - Supervise pharmacy technicians and dispensary staff - Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) as required by PCZ Requirements - Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from a recognized institution - Current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe (PCZ) and a valid Practising Certificate - Good standing with PCZ (no disciplinary issues) - At least 2 years' post-registration experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting (preferred) - Sound knowledge of MCAZ regulations governing Schedule medicines - Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills - Willingness to relocate and be based in Chiredzi Email: chiredzifamilypharmacy@gmail.com a CV, copies of academic qualifications, and proof of current PCZ registration/Practising Certificate
