The Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and Postal and Courier Services is inviting applications for the position of **Deputy Director, Information Communication Technology Development and Consultancy** in Harare, Zimbabwe. **Job Title:** Deputy Director, Information Communication Technology Development and Consultancy **Job Location:** Harare, Zimbabwe **Closing Date:** October 5, 2026 **Work Format:** Full-time **Reference:** A/GEN/13/32 **Vacancy No.:** 78 ## Role Overview The Deputy Director will contribute to the formulation, implementation and review of national ICT policies and strategies in line with the Ministry’s mandate and national development aspirations.
